We are located in east-central Wichita, Kansas- the Uptown neighborhood. We are close to Reverie Coffee Roasters, Eighth Day Books, and a variety of shops and restaurants in College Hill. We are also a short drive to Wesley Medical Center and Via Christi St. Francis.

Wichita has become more bicycle friendly with bicycle lanes and the Bike Share ICT program. Rental stations can be found throughout the city.

Keeper of the Plains

This iconic sculpture is a tribute to the Native Americans tribes who continue to gather at the sight. The ring surrounding the Keeper is lit on fire every night. Take a stroll along the river and see for yourself!

Mark Arts

Admission is free to explore the art galleries on display. They also offer fun events such as mixology workshops, art classes and themed culinary workshops!

Sedgwick County Zoo

With over 3,000 animals, our zoo is filled with fun for the whole day. Check out the new sting ray exhibit!

Botanica Wichita

Find your zen as you walk through 18 acres and 30 themed gardens, right in the heart of our city! It is so peaceful here, you’ll love it no matter the season.

Douglas Design District

Explore the 3 mile stretch that is home to over 500 local businesses. Shops, galleries, restaurants and over 100 murals to spot will have you feeling like a local in no time.

Exploration Place

Science and technology are fun at the Exploration Place! Children and adults alike can explore the rotating exhibits, watch the feature in the dome theater or watch a live science show!

Our minor league hockey team is the Wichita Thunder, playing at Intrust Bank Arena. Wichita is also home to the Wichita Wind Surge, the double A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins.

Rules

  1. No Smoking – Please no smoking, vaping, or incense around the house.

  2. No Parties – No parties or events are allowed. Drug use and excessive drinking are prohibited.

  3. Damages – Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so we can repair or replace the damaged item.

  4. Pets – Pets are only allowed if they are included in the lease agreement and the appropriate deposits and fees have been paid.

  • If your stay is longer than 7 days, please take the trash bin to the curb on the scheduled trash day, or the night before. The scheduled trash day is DAY.

  • We recommend all packages be delivered to a secure pick up location (Amazon Locker, Whole Foods, etc.) to avoid potential issues with delivery timing and ensure that your packages are stored in a secure environment until you can collect them.

  • We have a security camera on the front and rear exterior of the home. We respect your privacy, and no cameras or devices are on the inside of the home.

  • Yes! We are happy to arrange housekeeping services and pick up/drop off laundry services for a small additional fee to your stay.

  • We love referrals! If you meet a coworker or know someone else looking for housing, let us know! If one of our other (12) spaces are available, we are happy to accommodate. We’d love to send a gift card your way as a thank you for the referral!

  • If there are dishes in the dishwasher, please start.

  • Place all trash in the bin outside.

  • Notify the host of your departure.
